We had an elevator installed in an old home which meant a lot of surprises once walls started to come down (ie. asbestos!). We worked with Josh, mainly, and he was incredibly professional, responsive and very respectful of all our needs and concerns along the way. I felt we were in very good hands the entire time which is hard to come by these days and very reassuring given the nature and scale of this project. Josh went the extra mile on many occasions to ensure the job was done right, through to completion. We will certainly use them again in the future and are happy to provide more insight to anyone considering working with Shift.
