The costs are primarily dependent on how many floors you are accessing, what is impacted, and if the shaft is inside the existing home, or outside.

The Design & Permitting stage of an elevator project typically takes 1-3 months with Construction & Installation having a duration range of 2-4 months. These timelines are based on the complexity of the project and if a Development Permit is required.
